This cardigan is worked flat from the bottom up in one piece to the armholes, then split and worked separately. Sleeves are worked flat from the bottom up in separate pieces. Neckband and button bands are picked up and worked in garter stitch to finish. The cardigan is worked flat, but a circular needle is recommended to accomodate the large number of body sts. It features a simple eyelet chevron pattern, which can be worked either from the chart or the written instructions, whichever you prefer.

This pattern features in Issue 90 of Knit Now, which is on sale from 28th June in supermarkets, newsagents and craft stores across the UK. Find your nearest UK stockist here. Copies can also be ordered from MoreMags or if you prefer, digital editions are available via PocketMags.
