US2 + US4 + US 6 needles in your favorite ‘in the round’ style for small dimensions.
24 stitches and 32 rounds = 4 inches in stockinette stitch with the smallest needle.

Finished Size : Cuff is 6 inches deep, hand is 5 inches long and 6 1/2 inches around.
