on smaller sizes, there is plenty of positive ease. on the largest sizes, there is very little ease.

Many people choose to leave off the last row on the ruffles. it’s a very yarn and time consuming part, and is designed to add a little bit of interest and weight the edges down. Check out people’s projects though, many love the look without the ruffle. and it’s a very quick project without the ruffle.
