Goodnight Mice
Goodnight Mice are sleepy little creatures who just want to curl up and forget about the holidays, and the world in general. Sounds nice, right? Tuck them into a mini stocking or sleeping bag (both included in the pattern), or just knit a drowsy mouse then take a nap for yourself!
The little mouse knits up quickly in the round with no seaming. The mini stocking incorporates an afterthought heel (no short rows), and the sleeping bag is a simple flat-knit design.
Techniques include knitting in the round on double-pointed needles, I-cord, picking up stitches, and grafting (for the stocking).
These little friends make the sweetest ornaments and gifts, garlands, cat toys and more!
NOTE: The finished pieces are very small and are not suitable for small children.
