Jim and I wanted some really warm mittens to wear while walking the dog and for snow blowing our driveway. I searched and searched but didn’t see what I had in mind so….

A great way to use up some hand spun or leftover yarn.

Fast and easy peasy.

Yarn = bulky yarn / aran wt yarn
(HINT: doubling DK or light worsted will make a bulky yarn)

Yardage = 100(110, 125) yds
Needles = dpns US 5 & 7 / US 4 & 6
Sizes: S(M, L)
Gauge: 3.5sts & 5 rows/inch for bulky
4.5 & 6 rows /inch for aran
