Fretwork Hat
by Miriam Pike
I love how architectural cables can be, especially in 2 colors. The two color version in particular reminds me of the reliefs you see with fretwork. Fretwork is an interlaced decorative design that is either carved in low relief on a solid background.
This hat has two versions, a 2 color version and a single color version.
Pattern uses Worsted Weight yarn, approximately 100 (105, 110) yds of 2 colors or 130 -150 yards for solid version
Pattern also includes detailed instructions for working 2 color cable.
This pattern is now available with a slouch hat as part of an e-book.
as part of a collection
