Freesia Wrap
The Freesia shawl is like a sampler of different techniques. It takes 5 skeins of sport wt yarn in whatever colors you wish. You can make your own gradient (as in the sample) or go crazy and mix it up!
MATERIALS
Yarn: Mrs Crosby Love to Play, Hatbox (75% Superwash Merino, 15% Silk, 10% Cashmere; 317 yds/100g)
Color A - Creme Fraiche (109yds/60g)
Color B - Prance (301 yds/95g)
Color C - Pansy (289 yds/91g)
Color D - Beauregard (292 yds/92g)
Color E - Midnight Aubergine (282 yds/88g)
US 4 (3.5mm) 32” circular needle or longer as necessary; optional US 4 (3.5mm) DPN (helpful with BO edging)
Tapestry Needle, scissors.
GAUGE
(blocked) in Garter St: 25 sts and 24 rows = 4”
SIZES
Finished Size: 26” (66cm) tall x 107 1/2” (273cm) along longest edge”
