Form Follows Function
by Ann Weaver
This simple pullover uses contrasts in stitch texture, stitch direction, and color. I was interested in creating a garment in which both shape and texture were created by making marks—in this case, stitches—in different directions.
The pullover is worked in one piece from the waistband up and
uses only knit and purl stitches.
