Fool of a Tuque
Inspired by J.R.R. Tolkien’s original cover designs for his Lord of the Rings trilogy, this hat features a surprise: an open top to let out your hair or just provide a bit of ventilation for those who run warm.
Instructions are also included for a closed-top slouchy hat, and a cowl too!
The hat uses eight (8) 1-oz skeins (1 each of 8 colors); the sample is shown in Blackberry Ridge Fingering. The pattern is written for two sizes: Child/Adult XS and Adult M/L.
