Pattern Description from Interweave Online Store: “Pam Allen used graphic folk art motifs like checks, zigzags, and stripes as the jumping-off point for this nine-color wool rug. To start, the center panel is worked in sections, or panels, that build one upon the other in different knitting directions. Then stitches are picked up along the outer edges with a circular needle, and the rest of the rug is knitted in the round.”
