Flour sack hat
This cute wee hat is worked flat and seamed up the back, i-cord ties are used to give the hat it’s shape. Instructions are given for the i-cord.
The baby basics are a set of easy to knit tops and accessories for babies and young children. 4 of the tops are “popovers” tops with buttons or i-cord ties in place of side seams and sleeves, think “fitted poncho” or “tabard”. These tops are easy over the head and make independent dressing so easy for busy little people.
All of these garments are suitable for beginners who have access to: the internet, an experienced knitter or a good knitting reference book.
All abbreviations are explained and the pattern has been test knitted and tech edited.
