Floriya is a top-down sweater worked seamlessly from the neckline.

The circular yoke features a stranded colorwork pattern composed of fantasy flower motifs inspired by traditional Ukrainian embroidery, which are repeated in kind in the lower part of the sleeve. No intarsia work is involved.

For an improved fit, the design features a shaped back neck (short-row yoke shaping) and additional short rows in adult sizes.
