Crochet pants is a YES! They are lovely to make and to wear. They are made top-down so you can easily adjust the length to exactly your body - or make dem as shorts instead.
When it is cold, wear tights underneath - and on a summer day you can use inner shorts to keep it nice and airy. Here they are made in lambs wool, but you could also make them in a glitter yarn for a party!

Fits waist measurement: 60-70 (70-90) 90-110 (110-120) cm
Yarn: 300 (350) 350 (400) g Uno lambs wool, Wadils (250 m/50 g)
Recommended hook: 2 mm (for ribbing) and 3 mm.
You also need: Wide elastic band (30 mm), a few cm longer than the waist measurement.
