This blanket is light and cozy, using two strands of light fingering weight yarn on a US size 9 needle there’s plenty of squish and the suri alpaca in the yarn adds warmth and texture.

This blanket can be knit in pieces and seamed or knit in one piece, instructions for both methods are provided. It’s a fairly simple knit, but the color and construction keep it engaging.

This pattern uses 4 colors, approximately 475 (1900) yards of colors A, B, and C and 425 (1700) yards of the “pop” color, D.

This pattern would also make a fine scrap project or a base for your own color explorations and a blank template is included for color planning if you choose that route.
