Five
Pattern in Super Bulky yarn published in Vogue Winter 2010/2011 and Designer Winter 2010/2011.
Sleeveless dress or tunic.
Dress takes 7 . 8 . 9 balls of colour A + 1 of colour B.
Tunic takes 5 . 6 . 7 balls of colour A + 1 of colour B.
From the pattern notes: “Based on playing cards ‘Five’ is one of the three gardeners painting all the white roses red in the Queen’s garden. This design is loosely based on a tabard shape as worn by the gardeners. The extra length of the dress is achieved by knitting more rows between each decrease.”
