Fish and Chips
by Susie Johns
Just one of 20 Projects on the theme of fast food, here is the British classic: fish and chips. The battered fish is knitted in moss stitch using a plain-coloured DK yarn and the chips are knitted using Regia 4-ply sock yarn. The parsley garnish is made using a green linen slub yarn. No tension (gauge) is given; just aim for a firm fabric.
