Firefly Bag
Details, details, this bag is all in the details, a double start CO, knit in the round, lace every row, applied i-cord, sewn lining and zippers to close. The yarn is cool and elegant, perfect summer knitting and a nice lace alternative to a shawl for the hot humid days to come…
2 circular needles, 300 yards fingering or sport weight yarn, as well as small bits of waste yarn for provisional CO, 1/2 yard each of 2 fabrics, a zipper, all purpose sewing thread, heavy weight (or button) thread, are required. Sewing skills and a machine are strongly recommended.
HUGE Thanks to the wonderful test knitters- and especially to Anna!
