The cowl has it all: fan shells in the lace to underscore my games fan status, a model who rows competitively with an adaptive rowing partner to celebrate all the types of athletes who compete, and a fantastic color (thanks to great yarn) that looks super on her. Finishing touches lets this cowl sit nicely around the shoulders.
