Fall Twist Cowl
Puddles buried this pattern - pattern is retired.
The “Fall Twist Cowl” braids and cables Estelle’s Cloud Cotton into a cozy cowl perfect for the changing seasons. The warmth of the organic cotton snuggles you close as the colors reflect the changes occurring in nature. Accented with a recycled clay button, this cowl will keep you in comfort and style as you explore the beauty of Fall.
I set this pattern at an intermediate level. It requires 3 skeins of Estelle’s Cloud Cotton – orange, brown, and red. However, there is enough left over to knit a second cowl if you change which color is main. The pattern includes box pleats, cables, and braids. Since each section is worked individually, beginner + knitters looking for a challenge should be able to complete this project. The pattern includes are written directions, a chart, and a braiding schematic. Of course, I’m available by e-mail for any questions that might arise.
Today is a great day to knit the “Fall Twist Cowl”!
