As delicate as a fairy’s wing, these cabled cuffs give a touch of elegance whilst keeping you warm.

From the initial k1, p1 rib in the smaller size of needle, the cuff is worked in lace pattern up to the base of the palm. You then swap to the larger sized needles and work to the desired length. Finish with a picot bind off.

The pattern is charted, and colour coded to aid visual clarity.

GAUGE AND NOTES
Each pattern repeat is 1” deep and 3.25” wide (2.25 cms x 8 cms). I would advise creating a swatch in pattern and with stocking stitch edges in the smaller size needles, and blocking. It will then be easier to measure. Tencel yarn is very slippery so bamboo needles are best to maintain accurate tension. If you use a non-slippery yarn, you will need to use a stretchy cast on, and a link to an explanatory video is included in pattern notes.
