Fading hearts is written for both toe up and cuff down.

Yarn Suggested
The sample was knit using Campfire Yarns Almond Milk colour on the Vibrant 80/20 base. 80% Superwash Merino 20% Nylon, 400 yards/ 365 meters per 100g)
Moonglow Yarn Co Desert Rose fade set on Moonglow Merino Nylon base.
75% Superwash Merino 25% Nylon, 463 yards/ 423 meters per 100g
CC1: Light Pink
CC2: Medium Pink
CC3: Dark Pink
CC4: Darker Pink
Yardage: 50g / 200 yards of your Main colour and 15-20g / 80-90 yards of each contrast colour.
Gauge in Stockinette
Size Small/Medium: 34 stitches and 38 rows per 4” / 10 cm
Size Medium/Large: 32 stitches and 34 rounds per 4” / 10 cm
Needles
Size Small/Medium recommended needles:
US 1 1/2 / 2.5mm circular needle, 32” / 80 cm or size needed to obtain gauge.
Size Medium/Large recommended needles:
US 2 or 3 / 2.75mm to 3mm circular needle, 32” / 80 cm or size needed to obtain gauge.
I use the Magic Loop method. You are welcome to use any method you’d like for knitting the socks.
