The FAB FOUR FADE is a special shawl exclusive for a special collaboration. Four German Indie Dyers – Pink Queen Yarns, Schwedenrot Yarns, Frida Fuchs & Das Mondschaf – had the brilliant idea of working together on a special project, the FAB FOUR Collab. Each of the four dyers did magic creating beautiful colourways on skeins interpreting their own „logo mood board“.

I feel very honoured being asked to design a special shawl for this unique collaboration => The shawl is parallelogram-shaped and uses all four skeins – no matter which of the two yarn versions you chose. It shows off all the skeins´ beauty using them on their own while at the same time they fade into each other. The pattern is beginner-friendly, there are knit stitches only, not a single purl stitch.

FAB FOUR FADE ist ein ganz besonderes Tuch für eine ganz besondere Kollaboration. Vier deutsche Handfärberinnen – Pink Queen Yarns, Schwedenrot Yarns, Frida Fuchs & Das Mondschaf – hatten die großartige Idee, ein gemeinsames Projekt zu starten => die „FAB FOUR Collab“. Jede der vier Färberinnen hat ihr eigenes „logo mood board“ farblich in einen einzigartigen Strang übersetzt.

Ich fühle mich sehr geehrt, das Design für diese spezielle Kollaboration besteuern zu dürfen, den FAB FOUR FADE. Das Tuch hat die Form eines Parallelogramms – alle vier Stränge werden dafür komplett aufgebraucht, egal für welche der beiden Garnvarianten Ihr Euch entschieden habt. Das Tuch hat einfarbige Flächen, so dass jeder einzelne Strang seinen großen Auftritt hat – gleichzeitig bilden alle vier Strängen einen perfekten Fade. Die Anleitung ist anfängertauglich und wird ausschließlich rechts gestrickt.
