This cocoon cardigan is part of my Knit Stars class on Purl Inlay Colorwork. A new and exciting way to work colorwork patterns, a blend in between weaving and knitting.
The pattern is inspired by the tradicional weavers motif forme the Alentejo wool blankets. The pattern is called “Espiga” that means wheat head.
