The Energy shawl is a simple but wonderfully colorful rectangle. It starts out at the bottom edge with a two color check design, moves on to two single color blocks followed by a two color stripe section and finally it ends with a one color ribbing edge.
The shawl measures 43” in length and 11” in height.
The pattern is fully written.

Yarn
Stipple skeins, 120 yards per skein in a fingering weight comprised of a strand of a thick and thin cotton as well as a smooth linen. 2 colors needed, used here C1-Limeade and C2-Mandarin.

Notions
US size 10 (6mm) circular needle 36” (91 cm) in length.
Tapestry needle or crochet hook for finishing.

Gauge: 12 sts and 19 rows in 4” of stockinette stitch.

Techniques applied: Knitting and purling flat, changing colors, binding off, weaving in ends and blocking.
