The pattern suggests either 400g MEZ Filethäkelgarn “Liana” no.10 (crochet cotton) with 2,5 mm circulars for a 160cm diameter or 130g MEZ Glanzhäkelgarn no.30 with 1,5mm circulars for a 92cm diameter.
The pattern is charted.
The name is given as Ellen in Beyer Strickschrift 70631.
