Egg-cellent Eggs
by Emma Escott
I love crafting with the children at Easter. I created the pattern for mini eggs a few years ago when I was making small items for LuLu’s Easter bonnet. This year we’ll be using wreaths and table decorations.
I found the ‘nub’ stitch at www.needlenoodles.com, and it is made by simply weaving a second colour in and out of your stitches as you work them.
Eggs are worked in continuous rounds. You can make the decreases by dc2tog, or if you find this too fiddly simply decrease by skipping a stitch.
