Dune Tee is a detailed design with a light, casual fit.
The lines and the airy feel are inspired by the dunes which are gently sculpted by the wind and by the beach sand settling like a soft blanket.
The tee features a deep V-neck, lending it an elegant look.

The tee is worked top down in stockinette stitch with a European shoulder seam. First, the back piece yoke is worked in the flat. Next, stitches are picked up for the shoulders and front pieces along each shoulder line on the back piece. Once the front pieces are finished, the back piece and the front pieces are joined to form the body which is worked in the round and finished with a double edging. Stitches are picked up along the armhole, and the sleeve is worked top down in the round. Finally, stitches are picked up along the neck opening and finished with a double edging. All edgings are worked in TRIO 2. The edging may have a slight roll, but this will even out when the tee is washed and blocked.

The whole tee is worked with two strands – one strand of each yarn quality held together. The edgings are worked only in TRIO. This is explained in the pattern.

Yarn substitutes
TRIO 2 can be replaced with two strands of TRIO 1.
The amount of yarn remains the same, as TRIO 1 has twice the yardage.
