Dudley Do Wright Shawl
This is a top down shawl that uses V stitches & double crochet to best advantage. It is rated advanced beginner-intermediate (or as one tester put it, an adventurous beginner).
You can use any weight yarn you desire, using a gauge that makes you happy. Once the pattern is established, you simply repeat the same 4 rows over & over again until the shawl is the desired size, and then work the very easy but beautiful border.
Thanks to TanyaRC, withbuttons, harnish408, daughterofartemis, & honeystalks for their test crocheting skills! And many thanks to Susan Moskwa (http://www.rogueedits.com) for her tech editing skills! This pattern would not have been possible without all of you.
