Dramatic Evening Ensemble: Brocade Vestment

This artistic vestment may be worn over any style of ensemble, no need to limit the wearing to dressy occasions. The knitting is an adventurous combination of Fair Isle, open rib, and slip-stitch textures, with beads interspersed in the Fair Isle and along the bands of the neck, front and back panels, and lower edges. The silk offers a fluid drape to the finished garment, a must for fashion flavor. This shapely vestment with its completely open sides is surprisingly versatile and will accommodate a range of sizes.
