Dichotomy
Dichotomy is a fun and easy shawl that’ll keep you wrapped up in style – easy garter stitch with a few short rows and some entertaining color changes… Using approximately 290yds of two colors, Dichotomy even makes a great stash buster for anything from a fingering weight yarn to a DK!
Yarn 
Blue Sky Alpacas Alpaca Silk (50% alpaca, 50% silk; 146yds (133m) / 50 g): #148 peridot (MC), 2 skeins, #151 sand dune (CC), 2 skeins.
Needles 
Size US 6 (4.0mm) Adjust needle size if necessary to obtain the correct gauge.
Notions 
Waste yarn; one stitch marker; tapestry needle.
Gauge 
20 sts and 40 rows = 4” in Garter stitch
Although gauge isn’t essential on this project, please note that any changes in gauge will affect the finished measurements and the amount of yarn needed.
