Diamond Mesh Scrunchies
I always use scrunchies to tie my hair. But when I looked up free crochet scrunchies patterns, most of them are done by anchoring the stitches on the hair elastic. Since I crochet plarn exclusively, working stitches this way means breaking of stitches before I get bored with my scrunchies!
Finally, I realized that if I enclose the hair elastic in a round diamond mesh, that should do the trick for me. The diamond mesh will stretch together with the hair elastic - PERFECT! All my sisters and friends are getting one diamond mesh scrunchies this Christmas. I’m sure they’d be able to use it.
