MATERIALS
• Yarn: You can use any fingering weight yarn held together with a strand of mohair, or any DK weight yarn you can meet gauge with. Animal fibers such as merino or alpaca are ideal for a warm and cozy sweater for the cold season.
• Shown in: Hobbii Alpaca Silk (70% alpaca, 30% mulberry silk, 182 yds / 166 m per 50 g ball) in color Provence (16), held together with Hobbii Friends Kid Silk (72% mohair, 25% silk, 3% wool, 218 yds / 200 m per 25 g ball) in color Lavender (73).
• Hooks: 4.5 mm hook or size needed to obtain gauge. I’m a tight crocheter, so you may have to go down in hook sizes.
• Notions: Tape measure, scissors, yarn needle, 6 locking and numbered stitch markers, 6 more stitch markers.
