Desert Blooms begins with just a few stitches in one corner and grows until lace blooms along the far side of the shawl to create an asymmetric triangular shape. With an i-cord edge, a plain stockinette stitch body and an easy to follow lace pattern, this is a relaxing knit that quickly comes off the needles and will be an elegant addition to your wardrobe.

The pattern is written for 3 sizes of shawl: one medium size worked with 2 skeins of DK yarn, and two sizes (small and large) for fingering/4 ply yarn. The instructions for the fingering weight sizes are included in a pdf suppliment with the DK pattern.
