A field of butterflies is the inspiration behind this design - a delicate addition for my much loved Butterfly Kisses Baby Blanket - P119. Knitted from the top down worked in one piece with sleeves knitted flat, or in the round. Suitable for the Intermediate / Advanced Knitter.

YARN REQUIREMENTS
This pattern features - Australian Superfine Merino by Cleckheaton 8ply DK – 130 m /143 yds per 65 gram ball. Colour - Lichen.

A -- 150 grams -- 300 metres -- 330 yards
B -- 185 grams -- 370 metres -- 407 yards
C -- 215 grams -- 430 metres -- 473 yards
D -- 240 grams -- 480 metres -- 528 yards
E -- 300 grams -- 600 metres -- 660 yards
F -- 345 grams -- 690 metres – 759 yards

NEEDLES REQUIRED
One pair 3.75 mm (US 5 : UK 9) long straight needles or circular needles 41 cm (16 in) and 61 cm (24 in) for the larger sizes, or size needles to obtain correct tension.
One set 3.75 mm (US 5 : UK 9) double pointed needles, or size needles to obtain correct tension.
If preferred, when knitting the sleeves, you could work the Magic Loop method.

Darning needle
5 6 : 6 : 7 : 7 : 8 buttons

TENSION
22 sts x 30 rows/rounds = 10 cm (4 in) worked in stocking stitch on 3.75 mm (US 5 : UK 9) needles.
