December square - YEAR
Just simple stitches like chain, single crochet, and double crochet – and such an expressive texture! I think even a less experienced crafter could handle the December Crochet Square. If you have any questions, I’m always available and ready to help.
The required skills: crocheting in the front loop only (FLO) and back loop only (BLO).
This granny square pattern includes step-by-step instructions in English (US terminology) for making an 11-inch square (using light worsted yarn), which is suitable for dishcloths (it can be made smaller if needed).
If you’d like to continue, the pattern also includes instructions for increasing the square, which will be useful if you want to turn it into a pillow or a baby blanket. Hint: using chunky yarn, you can create a cute rug for your home.
The December square design matches perfectly with the other squares in the Year collection. Check them all out to combine them together!
