  • Skill Level: Intermediate.
  • Yarn: DK/8ply/Cat. 3 weight yarn, ~8-12g/0.35-0.4Oz per coaster. Low-pill or non-pill, easy wash fibre (such as cotton, cotton blends, bamboo blends, and certain acrylics).
  • Hook: Use yarn label instructions as a guide for selecting hook size. Swatch to determine the optimal hook size for your tension.
  • Coaster Size: Varies with yarn and number of rounds completed. ~12cm/4.75in for 5 rounds in DK.
  • Gauge: Specific gauge not required.
  • Stitch Terminology: US. Refer to Abbreviations and Special Stitch Instructions.
  • Pattern Synopsis: Constructed in 5 to 6 rounds. FLO overlay 2TRCl stitches form a central textured daisy motif. Puff and optional 3LO/post stitches provide additional texture in later rounds.
