Cushendale Wrap
Wrap yourself demurely in this luscious mohair wrap or drape it from one shoulder with a wink and a smile. Make it your own with one frill or two, wild or subtle colour combinations. It’s an eye-catcher, whichever you choose.
This wrap is an eliptical double-stranded scarf with options for a single or double frill. The wrap is cast on at the frilled edge and knit back and forth on a circular needle. Frills are created with k2tog decreases and grafted together in layers (double frill version). Shaping is achieved using short rows.
Instructions are provided for Option 1, a double-stranded two-frill version, where two separate frills are knit, one in each colour and Option 2, a double-stranded one-frill version, where the frill is also knit double-stranded.
