Colorful mittens knit with 6 colors and four stitch patterns. Flip top hand is secured with buttons and can be worn closed or folded back to leave fingers free. The hand is knit in garter slip stitch which produces a dense fabric to keep your fingers warm.
Four sizes—child large, adult small, medium and large.
Hand circumference—7 (7, 8, 9)”; Length—7½ (9½, 11, 12)”.
Knitters should be familiar with working in the round, standard increases and decreases, make 1, cable cast-on, knit cast-on. Bubble stitch, dip stitch and 1-row buttonhole are explained in pattern.

CLARIFICATION of Round 25 of dip stitich.

Rnd 25. Turn; with A, knit cast on 3 sts. Slip 3 sts to 4th needle; turn and knit around. Cut A.
Adult small, adult medium and adult large.
Rnd 25. Turn; with F, knit cast on 3 sts. Slip 3 sts onto 4th needle; turn and with F, continue knitting to end of round.
