Notes
The placemat is worked flat from right to left and bottom to top.
Number of loops on hook equals number of stitches for counting.
The basic stitch pattern is worked over 10 plus 2 sts and 8 rows.
Optional: You can add border of one round of single crochet or crab stitch.
