Cotton Candy Cowl
Keep your neck and shoulders cozy with this quick-to-make cowl. Choose chunky yarn in a single bright color to make a bold statement. Crocheted in a simple four-row repeat, this design utilizes basic stitches to create a slight flare and a mock-bobble effect.
Finished Size: Neck opening measures about 20” (buttoned shut), bottom opening measures 41”. Cowl length measures 10”.
Materials
• Approx 220 yards (200m) of super bulky yarn. Note: You will use every last bit, so buy an extra ball if you think you might want to modify the design or are not checking gauge.
• Size L-11 (8.0 mm) crochet hook or size needed to obtain gauge
• Yarn needle
• 4 wooden toggle buttons, each about 1 1/2” long and 3/4” wide
• 1 skein embroidery floss to match yarn
