Just right for change; just right for fun!
The monster-fish coin pocket makes a great gift - with possibly a small surprise hidden inside? :)
It’s just the right size for those little hands and the large zipper not only provides the toothy grin but is also easy to open and close.
And because it’s a monster-fish, it’s just fine if things don’t turn out perfectly straight. Give your imagination free reign!
This pattern is available as a web bonus pattern with the Crochet World Magazine December 2010 issue.
Notions:
- big-clasp key-ring assembly
- 7-inch white sport zipper
- 3” square white felt
- two 1/2” black buttons
The body is crocheted in 1 piece in the round. Fins are worked separately and sewn on. Then the whole piece is felted either in the washing machine or by hand (~15 min.).
Happy Crocheting!
