Cloudfall Cardigan was a natural progression after making the Cloudfall Sweater. The yarn features long, slow color changes and knits up light and airy with a truly plushy feel. The cardigan itself, while incorporating a few similar design features as its’ sister sweater, boasts an updated silhouette with a v-neck and a buttoned front.

Cardigan is knit seamlessly from top to bottom. The back shoulders are knit first, worked back and forth to the underarms and placed on hold. Stitches are then picked up for each front shoulder and worked to the underarms, where the fronts and back are joined and knit in one piece to the hem. Sleeves are picked up directly from the body and worked in the round to the cuffs. A buttonband is picked up along the entire front edge before attaching the buttons.
