The perfect crochet bags to use on a sunny beach day or for everyday use. There are 2 slightly different patterns but both have the same pattern design for the main body & both are worked in the round. It’s a simple 2 round repeat which creates a pretty & sturdy stitch!

• The first pattern is for a large tote which measures about 20 inches wide and 10.5 inches high. It has a rectangular bottom base & the straps are made separately and sewed on at the end. You will need about 550 yards of yarn for this version.
• The second pattern is for a medium size bag which measures about 14.5 wide and 9.5 high. It has a circular bottom base and it is made all in one piece including the straps. You will need about 350 yards of yarn for this version. Both patterns uses basic American crochet terminology and if you have experience with reading a written pattern this is a great pattern for an advanced beginner. It is written English (American) directions only SKILL LEVEL: Advanced beginner. If you know how to crochet in the round then they are both very easy patterns.

MATERIALS:
- Medium weight (4) yarn. I used Loops & Threads Classic Cotton in Twine & Seafoam in the pictures. A great substitute yarn would be Lily Sugar N Cream.
