Clarckei is a summer tank top with a halter neck. It is worked in the round from the top down beginning with the neckline that is partially BO to create the shoulder straps. The front and back are then worked separately until they are joined under the armhole. The top is ended by ties that are knot together to gather the garment at the waist.

Approx (270, 320) 370, 420 (480, 560) m (300, 350) 400, 460 (520, 610) yd of sport weight yarn.
Shown in BC Garn SUMMER IN KASHMIR (90% Cotton/10% Cashmere ; 165m 180 yd/50 g) in the color 16 Kiwi.

Needles
Body and sleeves: 3.5 mm US size 4 60 cm 24′′ and 80 cm 32′′ circular needles.
Ribbing: 3 mm US size 2½ 60 cm 24′′ and 80 cm 32′′ circular needles.
Adjust needle size if necessary to obtain the correct gauge.

Notions
Stitch markers; stitch holders or waste yarn; tapestry needle.

GAUGE
22 sts and 32 rnds = 10 cm 4′′ in St st with laRnder needle, after blocking.
Note: Should your gauge for the stranded colorwork section be too tight, consider going up a needle size for that section.

Clarkei est un débardeur qui se tricote  du  haut vers le  bas en commençant par un petit empiècement circulaire qui sert d’encolure et de bretelles, puis on sépare le dos et le devant qu’on tricote séparément avant de les rejoindre en rond sous les emmanchures. Le débardeur se termine avec un noeud pour le resserrer à la taille.
