Tension is not critical; finished size is about 50cm/19.5ins circumference by 45cm/17.5ins length.

The pattern uses 1 ball each of 6 different colours of the Rowan yarn but any aran weight yarn can be used.

There is just one seam to close the bolster at the end but this can be crocheted.

A standard bolster pad is needed for the filling.
