Clamber
This pattern contains charts and written instructions.
These socks are worked from the toe up on circular needles. Right and left socks are identical and can be worked two-at-time. Upon completion of the toe, you will have 52 stitches, 26 on each needle.
The heel is worked using short rows.
Sizes: Small (Medium, Large)
Finished Measurements: 8½ (9½, 10½)” length, heel to toe, 8 (8 ¼, 8½)” circumference. Measurements taken from relaxed fabric after blocking.
Yarn: 250 yards of worsted weight wool yarn.
Shown in: Alize Lanagold (51% Acrylic, 49% Wool; 240 m / 262 yards per 100g ball).
Gauge: 21 stitches and 32 rounds = 4” in Stockinette Stitch worked in the round with 3.5 mm/US 4 needle, before blocking. With 3.75 mm/US 5 needle - 20 stitches and 30 rounds = 4”, with 4 mm/US 6 needle - 19 stitches and 28 rounds = 4”
Needles: 3.5 mm/US 4 circular needle, 40 cm/16” long for small size; 3.75 mm/US 5 - for Medium size; 4 mm/US 6 - for Large size.
