I used the 60 peg 1/2 gauge loom to make this hat, and used 2 skeins of the Red Heart Grande Yarn. The size is for an adult but will fit a child as well, just not an infant. You can use other bulky yarns for this project as well.
To do the cableing you honestly can not have pegs further than the 1/2in gauge in order to do the 6 peg cable cross.
The video will be added shortly for exactly how to do the cableing. It is the hardest part of the hat but a wonderful look.
