Chromium
This versatile pattern is ideal for beginners to get to grips with knitting on a bias and simple increases and decreases; as well as for more experienced knitters who want a nice, easy, satisfying project. The small contrast bands are handy for using leftovers too.
Materials 
Eden Cottage Yarn Bowland DK (100% superwash Bluefaced Leicester; 225m / 245yds per 100g skein) 
Shade: Cedar; 2 x 100g skein (MC) 
Pennine Mist; 2 x 100g skein (MC) 
Thunder; 2 x 100g skein (MC) 
Spring Buds; 1 x 100g skein (CC)
4mm / US 6 circular or straight needles (40cm length if circular) or size required to attain correct gauge 
Scissors 
Tapestry needle

Finished Measurements (after blocking) 
193cm (76 in) length 
35.5cm (14 in) width
Gauge 
20 sts x 40 rows = 10cm / 4” over garter stitch after gentle blocking.
Whilst getting gauge isn’t crucial for this project, it will affect how much yarn you use and the finished measurements of the wrap.
Chromium started life as a scarf but has been revised to make a much larger wrap.
