Chortak
Featuring stranded colourwork knitted in the round, using twisted stitches for a firm texture, the geometric patterns in this snug neckwarmer and mitts are inspired by traditional tilework from Samarkand, Uzbekistan. Chortak is an architectural term for a domed archway typical of the region.
