The tutu is knitted in one piece, with a central seam at the back. It is finished with a crochet picot edge, and trimmed with a sequin and ribbon bow, with ribbon straps for a halter neck.
The shrug is made using the larger needle.
A length of net, gathered with elastic, is used for the underskirt.
